I hardly have the words to express all God did in the past week in Hawaii. It’s been a complete spirit BOMB and full on release on levels I’ve rarely seen before during a concentrated week of ministry.  We truly went on a journey that went from “glory to glory! (1 Cor 3).
I had the honor and privilege of bringing some of my best friends (four young and fiery revivalist burners) with me to up light up the largest YWAM base in the world (University of the Nations in Kona, HI) for a corporate week gathering 6 individual schools (DTS) together for teaching, impartation, and fresh fire of His presence moving in our day. Our crew was made up of David Fritch (BURN 24-7) from Oklahoma, Jamie Dickinson (MHOP) from Maine, Roger Joyner (JHOP and THE CALL) from San Francisco, Joel Khouri (MorningStar) from Charlotte and myself. Each person in our squad carried a different message and facet of what “Restoring the Tabernacle of David” (Amos 9:11 – Acts 15:16) really looks like according to the Biblical framework established by King David and strong historical evidence revealed in the Moravians, Celts, and those who embarked on this same journey of cultural reformation in generations past.
We are amping up for our first ever FIRE AND FRAGRANCE school launch in January 09 as BURN 24-7 collides with YWAM (largest missions movement) longing for the true marriage of the worship and prayer movement joined together with the global missions initiative to see the darkest nations set ablaze with the glory of His Presence! Andy Byrd (YWAM) and the crew in Kona have been stoking the fire for months now in preparation and we were honored to “reap where others have sown” (John 4) and witness God do something extraordinary.
The collision and synergy of our hearts, messages, anointings, and personalities during the week created a messy, beautiful, wild, powerful picture of one of the most amazing miracles God is divinely working in a generation: COVENANT RELATIONSHIPS. When blazing embers are joined together, a fire erupts on the altar of our lives that releases sweet incense to the Lord and imparts truth deep into the heart of a generation joined together to see the nations transformed by His Presence. We saw this concept and idea become true reality this week and it was so much fun! Imagine that! Ministry that is actually fun, life giving and enjoyable!! (Although part of the “fun” factor was that this took place in one of the most beautiful places in the world with stunning waves, insane cliff jumping, and world famous coffee!)
Having spent the last three years extensively traveling the globe in many streams, movements and cultures, I have seen God birthing a strong desire in the hearts of his sons and daughters that is now becoming manifest in our midst. We are crying out not just for ministry “gigs”, strategies, alliances and partnerships – but authentic, raw, kingdom relationships.  This is the only way we can truly grow, learn from each other, build character, develop our giftings and succeed at the unique callings on our lives.  As “iron sharpens iron” (Prov 27:17) so we sharpen each other to be lovers, fighters, dreamers, and “more than conquerors” (Rom in our families, work, ministries, and everything in life!
The impact of this convergence dropped like a jackhammer from the very first day when over hundred twenty-somethings came forward to be baptized in the Holy Ghost and the power of God fell leaving us all on the floor crying, laughing, and enjoying the glory of His Presence as deep waters flowed in and through us. As our ministry together came forth from a place of honor, brotherhood, and a genuine love for each other, God moved and we did not care who got the credit! We were just excited to be joined together in this pursuit while we worshipped, prophesied, taught, interceded, and witnessed incredible miracles and an outbreak of the supernatural Presence of God among us. It felt like the ministry was simply coming out of the overflow of the sweet dynamic of our relationships with each other. While recognizing no single one of us carries the “full” and complete picture of what God is desiring to release in this hour (no single stream has “one up” on everyone else), but is merely a “part” of the body acting in agreement with every other “part” (1 Cor 12), we can celebrate our individual anointings and callings and work together to see the fullness released.  A people are coming forth determined to see personality conflicts and disagreements that have once torn the church apart become her greatest strength releasing diversity, uniqueness, and a “sharpening” of each other. This is a key to see lasting and sustaining impact take place that will bear fruit until the return of Jesus to the earth! Our relationships and genuine care for each other will bind us together as we will fight for each others dreams, goals, families, and callings!
It was no coincidence that the elections took place and were decided the same week that we gathered here with over 60 nations representing the body at large in the world! In the midst of the chaos, confusion, and questions on all our hearts over the final outcome, we joined together to stir up zeal, passion, and faith as the synergy of our relationships gave so much hope for all God is about to do in our nation and the earth. We gave our lives to each other and made a vow that we wouldn’t stop fighting together until we see God crack open our communities, cities, and nations with the fulfillment of all of His promises!!
We (BURN 24-7) desire to see this “grassroots” move of the BURNING ONES all over the earth continue to deepen their relationships to a place of brokenness, honesty, and accountability to those God has placed in our lives. I’m not referring to a controlling and manipulative spirit as indicated throughout history in past “shepherding movements.” But we are moving towards a day where we are actually going to keep each other accountable for far more than just staying away from sin, but actually fulfilling the dreams, destinies and mandates on our lives!! It’s more family oriented than ministry driven and a generation longing for authentic relationships will embrace it!! This is called the “furnace” of community and as we engage in this lifestyle it burns us to the core!
“And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds. Let us not give up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but let us encourage one another—and all the more as you see the Day approaching.”
HEBREWS 10:24-25
LIGHT THE FIRE IN OUR COMMUNITES AND DRAW US TOGETHER IN COVENANT RELATIONSHIPS TO SPUR ONE ANOTHER ON FOR ALL GOD HAS FOR US!! THE KINGDOM IS AT HAND!!

YOUR MOMENT OF DECISION

Fall is here and the past week I’ve been in the most beautiful and infamous region in America to witness the transformation of seasons take place right before my very eyes. The colors came alive in Appalachia as the cold brisk air pressed the trees until their yellow, orange, red, and brown hues came burting forth. I spent three full days with a close spiritual father (to me and the BURN tribe), Ray Hughes, as we journeyed through luscious meadows and valleys, windy mountain passes and peaks, and took in the beauty the land radiates this time of year.

It was a time of reflection, insight, wisdom, and creativity for me personally.

As the seasons are transitioning before us in our cities, regions, and nations in the natural, I believe we are witnessing and experiencing a reflection of what is happening in the Spirit realm. As our BURN HEADQUARTERS TEAM has been working hard through countless phone calls, emails, and correspondence with our leaders to find the current “pulse” and “active substance” God is releasing and depositing in our BURN cities throughout the globe, we are preparing for a change of seasons across the world. We are building (and He is building through us) a beautiful and authentic relational community among our leaders, fathers and mothers, and friends.

It was just during the past few weeks “inventory” of all the furnaces that we discovered we are now BURNING in over 45 cities across the US and almost 70 cities in over 15 nations around the globe!!  Look at what the Lord has done with our feeble efforts in just a short time!! It seems like just yesterday there was only 25 burn leaders gathering in Ft. Worth, TX for our first “summit” trying to figure out what in the world we were all doing with this “BURNING THING” God had called us too and how it would translate in our cities. WOW!! It constantly blows my mind and points directly to the faithfulness of God as we journey further together on our pursuit of HIM!!! Now we all know there is so much more work to be done and worship to be released, but we have to celebrate and enjoy the times where we can reflect on all the AMAZING things God has been doing. I believe the primary cause of the depression running so rampant in our world today (and especially among the Church) is because we can be an ungrateful and selfish people that seldom express our thanksgiving for all HE HAS done in our midst but choose to narrow our focus on what hasn’t yet been fulfilled.

The Leadership, Board, Directors, Fathers and Mothers, and lovers who make up the BURN TRIBE across the world WILL NOT share in that miserable and pathetic lifestyle and are committed to praising and giving thanks to the Lord for every simple and great thing WHILE joyously believing for so much more!!

“Enter His gates with thanksgiving and His courts with Praise; give thanks to him and praise His holy name. For the Lord is good and His love endures forever, his faithfulness continues through all generations.”

PSALM 100:4-5

Just as many of you feel the weighty restlessness in the nation (and nations) while the US elections are less than 144 hours away and a political spirit of strife, slander, and malice looms large and the economy continues its current shaking, God is using this to AWAKEN US as forerunners, pioneers, and burners to BRING HIS ENJOYABLE AND SUSTAINABLE PRESENCE IN THE MIST OF THE CHAOS! It further proves the point that no politician, articulate and fancy slogan, strong gift of charisma, or manmade ideal can fix the mess of our nation (and nations). They are only empty promises and words that will bring discord, confusion, and lead to death.

Let me clue you in on and release something powerful in this hour of transition, confusion, and heaviness for America and the nations - YOU ARE HIS ANSWER!! God rarely does things with the snap of His fingers (although he could snap things into alignment in a second!) but chooses to use a weak and broken humanity to display His Glory and Kingdom on earth!! We are those people and He is the God of “more than enough.” More than we could ever ask, think, or imagine!! Despite the outcome of the current elections and the leader that ends up taking office in the nation, our hope and trust is in the Promise of HIS FAITHFULNESS and good plans for our communities, cities, and nation!! He has firmly established you to contend as a “watchmen on the wall” that your city would become “the praise of all the earth” (ISAIAH 62).

God has lead us all in this season to a moment of decision in our lives, families, communities, and furnaces across the world. Just as you will cast your vote for a righteous candidate on Tuesday in the US elections (YOU ALL NEED TO VOTE), you are also again casting your vote and making the decision as a community, organism (not organization), leadership, and God’s children to commit yourself to the vision and mandate set before us - TO SEE THE WHOLE WORLD FULL OF HIS GLORY!! To see our communities, neighbors, families, cities, and nations set ABLAZE with the fragrance of night and day worship and prayer!! To see our streets, businesses, and the lost touched with evangelism birthed in the furnace of His Presence manifesting through supernatural signs, wonders, and miracles!! To see His Kingdom revealed and released on the earth!

WE ARE AT A TRANSITION IN THE SPIRIT AND THE MOMENT OF DECISION AS A MOVEMENT.

To be quite honest, the past few months have taken a heavy toll on Kate and I (and our many of our leadership) emotionally, physically, and spiritually. Without going into any great detail, wading through the waters of conflict, strife, confusion, and resistance will leave an intensely bitter taste in your mouth and beg you asking the question - IS IT REALLY WORTH ALL THIS?? I know ALL of you have faced that question before and still do as you plow away at the hard ground believing for radical and extreme breakthrough. But the past few days, God has put a new fight in my bones and resolve in my mind to see past the current struggles and pain to what is beautifully emerging right before our very eyes!! COLORS OF HIS GLORY ARE SHINING THROUGH AS THE COLD BRISK AIR BEATS AWAY AT US! We are on display as a work of His glory that the world will flock to as we beckon them into a deeper place with Him!!

We’ve come too far on this journey together to bow out and “change our plans” according to convenience and are willing to pay any price to see HIS DREAMS become manifest on the earth.

Right now I’m boarding a plane bound for San Diego, CA  and will be contending with 100,000 other fasting, praying, and worshipping fighters for the soul of our nation at THE CALL CALIFORNIA. Millions will be tuned in from across the globe and I’ll possibly be helping out with worship and intercession throughout 12 hour battle. We are taking a stand and believing and trusting in His faithfulness more than any poll out there. He will get the victory and death will lose its sting!!

I encourage all of you to gather your communities, friends, and cities this weekend across the world to pray over the nation, the nations, and each other while you soak and enjoy the beauty of His presence.  We are transitioning and His is fashioning us into something beautiful the world will look too as refuge in the season ahead!!

Time for Holland [and all of Europe]

Time for Holland

It was a phrase I heard over and over again throughout the weekend.
Whether it was spoken by the Dutch stewardess boasting of her homeland while serving us a beverage on the transatlantic flight, a prophetic decree we sung over and over again together during an intense worship session to the point where we actually believed it, or the phrase etched into the wall of a local coffee shop on the edge of the Red Light District, this became the theme God was revealing to us during our journey after Him in Northern Europe.

A stellar band of psalmists, minstrels, and worshippers from across the nations put their lives, jobs, families on hold to travel on an excursion seeking the reward the hungry and desperate find to feast on – His Presence!!

Not only was the Northern Europe fall climate that required wearing layers absolutely perfect, but the leaves turned their vast assortment of browns, oranges, and yellows made the atmosphere and swagger of the city without compare. It was like out of a movie or something…and quite the nice transition from 85 degree October “autumn” days in Texas!!

The times of worship in His Presence though…hmmmmm…they were rich, pure, fulfilling…and experiencing it with good friends is the best (you know what I mean). I have to be honest that I was not expecting this at all. I always had this mindset that Europe equals hard, dark, and a long fight. I was just happy to go into it this weekend with the best musos I know so it at least sounds good even if there’s a struggle to engage people in worship! I really had to repent for my mindset as these people were completely lost when He entered the room. I’ve never experienced anything quite like this in any trips prior to Europe. People were basking in His glory, lying prostrate, receiving divine healing and breakthrough, weeping in brokeness, and many demonic deliverances took place. Something has radically shifted around these parts and the world needs to take notice!! Even leaders that have been blazing the trail for 40 plus years uttered similar words!

THERE IS DRY KINDLING AMONG GOD’S PEOPL IN EUROPE!! I’VE SEEN IT WITH MY OWN EYES NOW!!!

Its almost like they’ve been denied for so long…a fight is rising up in their belly’s for the fullness of His Promise. As churches and movements have become monuments and museums all over the land, a grassroots movement is stirring and a remnant is rising! We had the beautiful experiencing of hanging with some of them this weekend!
The time for Holland has come and this fall marks the beginning of a new era in her history. I met with several leaders across the nation this weekend and they all reiterated the same thing in different words…God is doing something and WORSHIP WORSHIP WORSHIP is breaking the sky open here!!

I really believe that Amsterdam is a “gateway city” and it boasts the most cultural and racial diversity of any city in the entire world. Whatever begins to blaze here will quickly spread throughout all of Europe. If we are going to see the continent transformed, we must first take Amsterdam and the surrounding region.
For the first time in my entire life, God has completely bombed me with an intense and real burden for Europe. Growing up taking consistent trips to the 10/40 window and least reached nations of the world, I honestly had no desire to really do any ministry in Europe. It was just the furthest thing from my “missional” mind. But on this trip in the middle of our glory worship times, God tweaked and shifted something inside me I cant even find the words to articulate!! I now carry this deep, true love for the people of this land. He has wounded my heart and I possess this longing to see and be apart of this continent becoming saturated in the glory, goodness, and manifest Presence of the Father!!

Something has been birthed in my heart on this trip that I will carry with me my entire life. Next year we’ve even planned a few BURN 24-7 trips out this way (UK, Holland, Germany, and Spain) and are even sending our entire Fire and Fragrance School (fireandfragrance.com) to the Red Light District for three months to walk out this beautiful collision of the worship and prayer lifestyle with supernatural outreach and evangelism!!

Pray with us, go with us, and sow into us for complete and total transformation of this continent and these nations of destiny!!

DIVINE CONVERGENCE

The swirling plane propeller through the double layered glass seems to be inches from my head as it cuts through the dawn air while the sun creeps its way over Mt. Shasta looming large in the horizon. As I’m watching the evolution of another day unfold before my sleepless eyes, my mind is races with all the activities, revelation, meetings, and relationships formed and strengthened from the past two weeks journey. As we ready to launch the Fire and Fragrance School in Kona, HI in January 2009 – a beautiful relational partnership between BURN 24-7 and YWAM,  my good friend Andy and I have been on a discovery across America. We have been visiting our friends and pioneers carrying an exceptional piece of DNA we so badly desire to be included in this training “fleshing out” the merging and collision of the worship and missions movements.  It’s been an incredibly beautiful conflicting time mingling and connecting with different streams across the body of Christ that are moving into widespread influence around the world. They are all so wonderfully unique yet so distinctly different.

From the strong mantle of night and day intercession, fasting, and contending on IHOP and The Call and the strong community focus and societal reformation on 24-7 Prayer - both based in Kansas City, MO, to the blissful atmosphere of pleasure and saturation in the Presence of God on Life Center in Harrisburg, PA, to the fresh wineskin coming forth from the prophetic body fostering innovative creativity at MorningStar in Fort Mill, SC, to the outbreak of incredible signs and wonders and the supernatural coming forth at Bethel Church in Redding, CA – Its been one wild ride my friends!!

I have truly fallen more in love with the leadership of each movement as our friendship and respect has grown deeper and deeper. We honored the Fathers in each place and expressed our love, appreciation, and blessing for what they have birthed through sacrifice, suffering, and a fierce determination to never quit. I have learned more in two weeks on this than all of my entire life. If you believe in something enough, you will risk everything again and again and again to see it come to fruition. They have done this.

I want to live with that kind of resolve.

As I was reflecting and meditating yesterday atop the Northern California mountain chain in a cabin with a gorgeous 360 degree panoramic view of rising peaks, reflecting lakes, and winding rivers, I was completely caught up in the glory of the Lord. REALLY!!!! Now I know I’m a nature freak and breathing in the clean mountain air reminds me of my roots in Montana, but this was something different. As I was asking the Lord how these beautiful “streams” of what God is doing across the Nation were all going to flow in unity together so the great end time waters of His Presence can wash over the earth (check out my last blog with vision from Sydney, Australia on this), He began to speak to me about a divine convergence.

“Convergence is coming and coming swiftly,” He began to speak, “Not a slow transition but a violent collision.”

WHOA!!  WOW!!! SHOOOO!!!

Could God truly be bringing a radical paradigm shift to the body of Christ in this hour? Where devote, rigorous, and persistent fasting and prayer kiss the daily and habitual walking in the drunken glory and goodness of God? Where extravagant and creative release and expression of worship in the furnace at 3am bring forth the divine manifestation of signs, wonders, and the supernatural in the grocery store in the afternoon? Where no single stream has “got it” or “arrived” but they each recognize the need and value in each other and intentionally seek to converage for the brilliant display of the fullness of the Gospel of Jesus Christ to a broken humanity?

This is called a raging revolution and will turn the face of the Church upside down.

The Lord spoke this next as I was gazing at His awestruck beauty shining forth from creation stretched across the vast mountains.

“The glory of the Lord rises upon you, Oh Nations.” – ISAIAH 60

After some thought and the Lord allowing me to “chew” on the revelation given (He likes to do that by the way), I comprehended the truth of what was being released in those two statements above.

As the Convergence begins to take place through the many streams, leaders, tribes, and relationships around the globe, a greater glory will rise from the glorious CHURCH causing the nations to be “radiant” and their hearts to “throb and swell with joy” for the Son of God!!

A fullness will be experienced and witnessed the world has not yet seen.

As we lose our “right of doctrine” and embrace the gift and facet of God each stream embodies…we will meet in the rushing waters of His “Presence Move” and see the whole earth full of His glory (PS. 72:19). Even as I dream of this, there are so many factions holding back a full on convergence in the body of Christ as many of us can catch subtle hints of them from time to time. What I am dreaming of is more than a conference, event, or even an “alliance,” but a dramatic widespread global shift that must take place.

A holy synergy is building across the earth and a collision is about to take place that will be a demonstration the reality of His Kingdom truly being “at hand.” His glory will rest on a unified body carrying the beautiful reflection of Jesus – who is perfect theology. This will awaken a cynical and unbelieving people to cry “Abba” back to hunger for the nearness of God. They will see Him. We will seek for complete saturation of every second, thought, and moment of our lives. Walls will break down and relationships will be restored. We will stop holding onto the “need to be right” and simply demonstrate the need to be love. A beautiful day is coming to the body of Christ…and coming swiftly! A day where we honor the past but “press on” (Phil 3) forward to all He’s called us into.

Even as I write this, BURN 24-7 is committed to a reckless collision and shift as we strive to embody that which Jesus did. I believe God is raising up these furnaces all over the globe to be “greenhouses” of transition as we are infused with the heart, dreams, and passion of the Father to carry out His perfect will and love on the earth.

CONVERGENCE IS COMING AND HIS GLORY WILL RISE LIKE WE’VE NEVER SEEN BEFORE!!

NEW PROJECTS IN THE WORKS!!

In Seattle this weekend and enjoying the glory of the Pacific NW!! There is just nothing like it on earth!

I just wanted to make you aware of some exciting sounds and projects in the works for this fall and early next year!!

First off….if you havent grabbed the new album “SEATTLE SESSIONS”…you can pick that up on the new store at www.seanfeucht.com or on Itunes. I would recommend grabbing the digital downloads from the store because there are 4 UNRELEASED BONUS tracks that are not on itunes and only released as downloads through the www.seanfeucht.com store.

The project is more of an “experience” that a list of crafty songs. It was actually caught in a heavy atmosphere of the Glory and Presence of the Lord earlier this year in this very city I am writing from and I believe carries something on it. Make sure you grab that today!

Also…here is what we are working on for the fall in the midst of the crazy intense schedule..

1) NEW SEAN FEUCHT LIVE ALBUM.

- This will be a compilation of songs from live sessions this year where God moved powerfully in cities like San Francisco, Chicago, Virginia Beach, Dallas, and more! There will be many new songs on the album as well as prophetic and spontaneous moments that were caught on tape. This is also a first of its kind and we are pumped to see it come together.

2) FIRST CHRISTMAS ALBUM EVER!!!

- Thats right. I’m finally doing it. People have been bugging me for years on this and I think i’m gonna have to break down and record 7-8 of my favorite Christmas songs in laid back style with guitar, piano, beautiful female voices (gotta have it) and percussion. People love Christmas music and this will be a good one to grab to get you in the mood for the season.

3) FIRST LIVE BURN 24-7 INSTRUMENTAL ALBUM.

- This will be a followup to the “LIVE FROM FURNACE” album released earlier this year and we’ll record it in October in Knoxville, TN. We’ve never done anything like this and will include different musicians, instruments, and crazy sounds we’ll incorporate and weave it all together. Its gonna be so much fun.

Look for release in Jan 09.

4) BACK TO THE STUDIO AFTER 4 YEARS!!!

- In March 2009 I will begin working and crafting out my first studio album in 4 years in Charlotte, NC and Nashville, TN. Its going to be unlike anything i’ve ever done before with almost all new songs and sounds that have not been on a prior album. I cant wait!!

Urgency for America
Its midnight here in America’s heartland and its good to be home. There is nothing like being home (with my wife of course!) and I believe the dramatic increase of international travel in the past three years has helped shape me into one of the most patriotic people I know. I simply love America and am honored to grow up in this nation founded on Biblical values with true freedom. I didn’t say the men that founded the nation were perfect in all they did…but it’s an undeniable fact that our Constitution, Declaration of Independence and Bill of Rights (founding documents of the nation) reflect a Biblical worldview under “God we trust.” Anyone that feels otherwise needs to visit Washington DC and Jamestown (where the first cross was planted) and soak in the heritage I am speaking of before taking on a cynical and liberal spirit of a “post-modern” generation. The fact that a 70,000 strong army of lovers of God gathered last month America’s capital overlooking the Washington Monument, Capitol Building and Whitehouse to contend for revival with groans, songs, and prayers says something about where we live. I have done more defending and praying for this nation in the past year than my entire lifetime and will not rest until we see every promise fulfilled.

During last few weeks abroad in Indonesia and Australia, God has completely stricken me with the urgency of the hour for my nation. A series of gripping dreams concerning our current crisis (the last happened on the flight home) as well as the deep groanings of spontaneous intercession invading my peace intensified an already throbbing desire for mercy and grace to wash over the land from coast to coast. As soon as I stepped off the flight crossing the International Date Line from Sydney into mainland America, this burden increased exponentially. I could feel and smell things in the atmosphere I had not felt or smelled before. It is like the smell of a house that hits you the first time you walk in. The people living there cannot smell it because they live in it all the time and their senses are dulled. But upon your first time entering, your senses are alive and the odor is poignant and real.

America must have authentic breakthrough. America must have a revelation of the Presence, grace, love, and fear in the One true God. Tonight as we held our national conference call with Burn Directors all over America…this deep thing rose up in me again that I cannot explain. Knowing that God is longing and looking for a community to be clothed with a ’spirit of hospitality’ in their cities and literally “host” sustained ‘resting places’ for Gods Presence, we must not rest till this end. It is our only hope as a nation.

“Heaven is my throne, and the earth is my footstool.
Where is the house you will build for me?
Where will my resting place be?”
Isaiah 66:1

These words have echoed in my mind, heart, and spirit ever since I left on my trip three weeks ago. I’m not talking about “a ministry” as we know it. He could care less about our “ministries” at this point. We are far too steep into a massive crisis to promote our useless and pathetic agendas. He is on a search for desire, zeal, and a people that will posture themselves as HOSTS of His glory AT ALL COSTS! He cares little about our albums, gigs, conferences, reputations, and motives that barely reflect the true yearnings and desires of His heart in this hour!! If we aren’t careful, they can just be a poor showcase of our futile gifts lacking the true weight of His BURNING heart for cultural restoration and a national awakening. I’m talking to myself here now too! We can’t even do our nifty evangelism and outreach programs until we have a place to USHER the broken and lost into where God actually is our midsts!

Right now we are heading into the most important elections of our short history as a nation (I know some say this every 4 years…but this time its really true!!). We are on the verge of having a President and leadership possibly stepping into lead America that is forcefully and shamelessly pushing the pro-choice, homosexual, and liberal agenda while believers are busy squabbling over if He is a true believer or not. IT DOESN’T EVEN MATTER! The judgment swiftly coming from the crying blood of 50 million murdered babies will not rest! The massive impact of the homosexual spirit that has aggressively infiltrated society is taking its toll! Shall we succumb to the apathetic movement flooding churches and the people of God everywhere to “be relevant” and “think positive” while our nation is on a fast track to the enemy’s destruction? We can’t afford this horrible state of denial right now. We’ve come too far from the founding roots of true Biblical and godly heritage to be pushed back in this “year of new beginnings” for America.

The nations are scoffing at us. Trust me, I’ve been around this year and have heard what they are saying and proclaiming in their horribly propaganda. It’s caused me to grieve like never before.

They say:
Where is the God of America?

All the while, the Spirit says:
Where are the God-fearing Americans releasing midnight groans, fervent prayers, and songs of deliverance to push back the thick black darkness and confusion veiling the nation? Where are the psalmists and minstrels clothed with the “garments of praise for the spirit of heaviness” (Is 61)? Where are those crying out “day and night” of whom He will not keep “putting them off” (Luke 18)?

I’m not writing this to push an agenda of a party. I AM SIMPLY GRIPPED WITH THE URGENCY OF THE HOUR AND CANNOT REMAIN SILENT!!
WAKE UP AMERICA!!! WAKE UP CHURCH!!! WAKE UP SLEEPING BRIDE!! WAKE UP BURNERS AROUND THE WORLD AND LET THIS ‘HOUR OF URGENCY’ PROVOKE YOU TO RADICAL FASTING, FEROCIOUS PRAYERS, AND UNENDING WORSHIP!

History will be made this fall as we approach this major shift in the United States of America. We must be those who write it.

“The Power of Your Presence”

09.10.08 l Sydney, Australia

My time in Borneo, Indonesia was incredibly fruitful, powerful and life impacting. It was a joy and honor to spend time contending for the soul of the largest Muslim nation in the world with our first long term team (Burn Team Asia) and a few other radicals that jumped over for a month from the States to pour gas on the fire. The ministry was pretty nonstop most days, but it’s definitely the place where you want to be poured out “like a drink offering” on a nation that is home to 23 unreached people groups representing millions upon millions who have still never heard the name of Jesus.

I was looking forward to coming back to Sydney for an extended weekend with hot showers, beautiful mixture of old and new friends, and tons of hungry hearts. I arrived back into the city this morning (on another red eye flight) and after I took a quick nap, ventured out to get some fresh air. I had no clue that God was going to bomb me with one of the most amazing encounters of my life.

This afternoon I hiked around the glorious trail from Bronte Bay to Bondi Beach to get out in the beauty of this land and adjust to another time zone. Something about God’s creation revitalizes and refreshes me. The weather here is breezy cool and dry as they are coming out of winter to welcome the springs warmth. It was an incredibly magnificent journey with stunning views from the seaside cliffs all along the south coast of Sydney.  As I continued walking, my fascination with the ocean grew incredibly strong. I was mesmerized and drawn to it. The Lord began to speak so clearly to me. He said, “Look at the ocean.” As I was looking out, I was overwhelmed with the raw powerful energy of the ocean as the waves pounded against the rock cliffs jutting out into the sea. The wind raging, the current swirling and the waves mounting up created this psychotic pulsating rhythm of its own that was uncontrollable and untamable. It was an absolutely staggering moment. I don’t know if I’ve ever seen the ocean act like it was today – with all the whitewash it was even hard to see the turquoise blue color underneath. Even at Australia’s premier surfing hot spots, no one dared to get out in this swell! People all over were gawking in amazement with frightened looks.

The Lord spoke again: “This is a picture of what the great end time move of my Presence will look like.”

I was baffled as I realized this was the answer to my question I had asked the day before on top of the Menara Tower overlooking the vast Asian metropolis of Kuala Lumpur. As I viewed mosques littering the city as far as the eye could see, I was overcome with a longing more than ever to see the King return in all of His majesty to the billions of souls in the surrounding 10/40 window nations. In that moment my soul was filled with a passion I did not even know existed and I shouted out “When is this next move of your Spirit going to come and what will it look like?” I heard no response except a few strange looks from those Asians looking out around me. The lack of answers didn’t really bother me that much because it is one of those questions you just don’t think you will hear back on anytime soon. My weak faith told me it was just another thing I would “figure out” or it would unfold before me as I lived life.

That all changed today.

As I took in the panoramic of this raging ocean, the Spirit was downloading to me the revelation of what was being spoken. I began to understand this would be a fierce, violent, and offensive move and not really at all what I expected. He spoke again “It’s a move of the overwhelming POWER of my Presence.” I began to watch the raw surging power of the ocean grip my heart and I felt the glory of God come over me. I started to weep right there on the cliffs watching this all unfold. He continued: “It’s a move that will stun and shock humanity as I pour out my Spirit on all flesh. Nothing will stop the deep waters of my Presence as they wash over the nations.”

I then began to shake as images from the last week with the faces of those villagers living in the deep jungles of Borneo flashed before my eyes. I understood that this next move is something beyond what we could imagine…above styles, hype, and even anointings,…It is His Presence taking over complete control.

As my gaze was fixated on the swirling sea, something about it beckoned me to jump in and get pounded by the waves. I said, “But God I want to be apart of that move! This is what I’m living for! I’ve given all to it!”

The Spirit spoke to me saying, “You must first lose everything - your titles, rights, accomplishments, reputations, safety, security, religion, and anything else that could get in the way. They will not help you in these waters – they are too deep and too dangerous. I am in control and the glory is in the power of my presence.”

WOW.

After a long pause, I just whispered out “I’ve given up a lot Lord and I’ll give up more.”

Then I heard, “You are still too safe, Sean. You are too safe. You are too safe. You are too safe. My church is too safe. She must risk it all. She must risk it all and come into the treacherous waters of my Presence. She must lose herself in my waves as I usher her into something greater.”

The Spirit then began to reveal to me the safety of my own heart and everything I’m still clinging too for security in my life. As a prerequisite for this coming move, God will only allow a nameless and faceless people who will risk their entire lives, family, finances, reputations, and fame to jump in the deep ocean waters of His Presence and be carried on the wave of His Spirit that will wash over every nation, tribe, and tongue in the world in the coming days! This is a people that understand in doing so…they could lose their lives…but it’s a risk they are all willing to take. These are not ankle-deep wading waters, but ferocious waters to swim in that “cannot be crossed” by our own abilities and performance (Ezekial 47:5).

Then came the sound, the sound, the sound of the waters roaring began to move me.

The ocean was raging so loud that it made it hard to think at times. I remembered a book I once read on sound waves and frequencies. The ocean noise and waterfalls are some of the only “sounds” on the earth fulfilling the entire sound spectrum. The sound frequencies that are audible to the human ear are between 20 and 20,000 hertz. Those sounds below 20 hertz are felt more than they are heard while those above 20,000 could cause major hearing damage with prolonged exposure. The noise of this ferocious riptide was covering the entire grid of sound. It is like that sound from Heaven mentioned in Revelation 14:2:

“And I heard a sound from Heaven like he roar of rushing waters and like a loud peal of thunder.”

The Spirit spoke to me again, “The nations will know my Presence is coming at the Sound that comes forth from the waters.”

I was standing in shock as the ear-splitting ocean noise grew louder and louder in my head.

With all this madness that was happening around me and the deep emotion being released from the inner core of my being, I opened up my Bible to see if I could possibly find anything to bring confirmation to all this. As thumbed open the page, this was the very first line I read:

“You have overwhelmed me with all your waves.” – Psalm 88:7

There is a generation and people that God is looking to overwhelm with His great end-time move. It will come and come swiftly. Those wanting to be in middle of this move must jump in the treacherous deep ocean waters. They must RISK RISK RISK all safety and security.

It’s the move of the Power of His Presence.  A move where His glory would be known throughout the entire world and all fame, accolades, and attention would be on HIM!!

We’ve waiting our whole life for this Lord! Creation has groaned for this. We jump in with all we are, We jump into your mighty surging waves and breakers! We risk EVERYTHING knowing one second in the middle of this move of the Power of your Presence is worth it all!!
