Directors

Anna: HI! I’ve grown up in Colorado, close to downtown Denver. Besides directing the Burn full-time, I also attend Metro State College of Denver. I am obtaining a degree in Political Science and African Studies. I hope to graduate in December 2008. Besides that Prayer/Worship/Justice have always been majors parts of my life.† I want to be able to facilitate leading people into a deeper and more intimate relationship with the Father. That they may know what it means to live a life full and deep in the presence of Jesus. That they may know the Fathers’ heart! That He would put His heart in them and then they would go out and be Jesus and radically pursue the lost and broken and captive in the power of knowing his heart. In the end He is all the matters. What we have in life, what we own, what we achieve is all for nought if we don’t know Him.

Lucas: Hey everyone! Well . . . I was born in the south suburbs of Chicago, and then grew up as a Missionary Kid inLucas Haiti for 15 months and Papua New Guinea for six years (from the ages of 9-16). I consider Papua New Guinea my home. Along with being an MK comes moving 24 times and gaining a different cultural perspective on the world. I some how landed in Denver five years ago and have been here since. Besides working with the Burn, I go to school at the University of Colorado at Denver; I’m studying for a degree in English Literature which I will wrap up in May of 2008. I also work for an REI company. My heart is to see the Kingdom come in might and power. My heart is to see those who are held captive by religion that grips the Church to be set free. My heart is to see a generation revolt for the King! To see a generation become violent with love overcoming the tyranny of the evil one and reestablishing Christ as the King in this land!
